Annec Successfully Signs Contract for MMK Hot Blast Stove Upgrade and Renovation Project

Recently, Annec officially signed a contract with Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) of Russia for the upgrade and renovation project of a total of 6 hot blast stoves in the 4# blast furnace and 6# blast furnace. This major cooperation marks another breakthrough progress of Annec in the international iron and steel technology service market, demonstrating the outstanding global competitiveness of Annec's conical - cylindrical rotary cutting top - fired hot blast stove technology. It further consolidates its leading position in global hot blast stove technology and adds a new achievement to the "going global" of China's high - end equipment.

As one of the largest iron and steel enterprises in Russia, MMK has long been committed to improving production efficiency and environmental protection standards. The purpose of this upgrade and renovation project of the hot blast stoves in the 4# blast furnace and 6# blast furnace is to achieve higher air temperature, lower energy consumption and ultra - low emissions through technological upgrading. Prior to this, Annec successfully implemented the EP project of transforming the internal - fired hot blast stoves of MMK's 7# blast furnace into conical - cylindrical rotary cutting top - fired hot blast stoves, and achieved excellent performance. This not only won high trust from MMK but also laid a solid foundation for the signing of this project.
